Wedding Cinema

What is “wedding cinematography,” you ask? Well, it’s like a wedding video, but one that you actually want to watch – again and again – because it is short, beautiful, and has a compelling story.

How is wedding cinematography different from traditional videography? A videographer records all your events in much the same way that a photographer would. Their job is to document everything that happens, the people that are there, and all the little details that make each wedding unique. Since weddings last all day, most wedding videos are fairly long, and most wedding videos are not that different than your wedding photos, except that the photos move and talk.

When we shoot wedding cinema, we focus on the bride and groom and the connection they share. We like to get to know our couples so that we can weave their story into the imagery of their wedding day. You will not see a chronological depiction of all of the events of your day. We don’t chronicle your guests’ experience or have endless shots of your reception details. We do not interview your guests, mingle at your cocktail party or shoot while you’re doing posed formal family pictures. We capture you as you are.

We have very limited availability for 2011, and are now booking for 2012 and beyond. Contact us to learn more.
